xefil,
Is your XBMC build now working in good order in lubuntu if I want only play music? (no video)
If yes, can you send me a image or a xbmc binary?

   Hey
Can you please write the configure parameters you used to compile it?
edit: never mind my troubles, I seem to have fixed them. But I am still very interested to see how did you compile it, and exact flags in configure.

thanks

Sorry guys, was busy these days. I'll post some notes within monday. I think I'll start over with a new fresh install and I'll document every step better ;)
If I would share the actual image, It would be full of my tests, very dirty

Here is a ready to burn xbmc 12.02 rc2 image made by Allnet, based on lubuntu3 but reduced to fit a 4GB SD-Card. A kind of "openelec" for BPi.   http://212.18.29.24/download/xbmc_12.2_frodo_bananaPI_4GB_RC2.bz2
There are two known Issues:
- Hardware acceleration for the GPU
- some few BPi boards cannot get an internet connection, even if the BPi get's an IP Address.

Image is reachable over ssh with default username/password from lubuntu3 image.
