Hi,
how can I connect a Bananian Pro to a Wifi Network (using the built-in Wifi Chip)?
I tried it using lubuntu and bananaian. I've run bp-update on both distributions.
The command ifconfig only shows me eth0 and lo.
Is there any driver I have to download?
Merry Christmas and a Happy new Year.

Thank you very much again.
Now i succeeded connecting the Banana Pro to a network provided by a router.
But i failed to connect it to an Apple Airport Express which I use as an Access Point. I never had problems with other computers connecting to it.
The Status displayed on the gui is "Associating"
I already:    Changed the SSID to Capitals,    changed the Key to only numbers,    Tried different configurations in the Raspbian wpa_gui
I am sitting directly next to the Access Point.

That's not all on Rasberian.

If you got an rasberian image for the banana pi, you must also update /boot/bananapi/script.bin

sudo nano /etc/modules
Add "ap6210" at the end of file

git clone https://github.com/Bananian/fex
sudo cp fex/BananaPro/script.bin /boot/bananapi

You have to append "op_mode=2" as parameter to the ap6210 module.

I am having trouble with this. I have added the module to /etc/modules, ran modprobe, added the script.bin, and changed the hardware configuration to banana-pro. I can not for the life of me get the WiFi working. Any advice from anybody here?

Hi,
You need to download the image for the BananaPro, and the name as like *_For_BananaPro_*. Then refer to the wiki:
