Other OS

[Q] Banana robot

4 1917
Hello, I buy BPi month ago and I'm happy because is it powerful small piece of hardware. Also I have 2 Raspberry Pi, one as robot and one as wifi-server. And I'm for now using BPi only for testing things like web server and NAS, but now I need to switch mi RPi on that robot to BPi because is more faster. And I have few questions.
1. Is any good working MJPG-Streamer for original lemaker camera???
2. WebIOPi, I can't find any forum there, so is it working or how can I send commands from page to OS???
3. Which OS is best for this project??? Because I'm using for now Raspbian because is it like RPi

Thanks for answers and sorry for my bad english.
1. The MJPG-Streamer you can use the same one with raspberry pi.
2. We are now developing the webio pi. We have finished the RPi.GPIO, WirinPi, BCM2835.
3. Raspbian may be familiar with you .

Hi,

Please take a look at

http://www.mikronauts.com/robot-zoo/elf-2wd-pi-robot/

That same robot would work using a Banana Pi or Banana Pro instead of a Raspberry Pi, as RoboPi is also available for the Banana Pi / Pro

I hope to post an article on a Banana based robot soon (next week?)

Regards,

Bill
