I suggest you start debugging with running gpsd in foreground mode (-N), with a proper debug level (e.g. -D 2) and have a look at what's going on.

sorry i am a beginner ,, how to run gpsd in foreground mode ? ,, what the commands i need ?

thnx in advance !

sudo gpsd -N -D 2 -F /var/run/gpsd.sock /dev/ttyUSB0

it gives me this error :

sudo gpsd -N -D 2 -F /var/run/gpsd.sock /dev/ttyUSB0
gpsd:INFO: launching (Version 3.6)
gpsd:ERROR: can't bind to IPv4 port gpsd, Address already in use
gpsd:ERROR: maybe gpsd is already running!
gpsd:ERROR: can't bind to IPv6 port gpsd, Address already in use
gpsd:ERROR: maybe gpsd is already running!

Yes. The error message already contains the relevant information. So make sure there is not another gpsd running.

how can i make this ?

Try a "sudo killall gpsd" for starters. It might get restarted if it is managed by a systemd daemon or similar, in that case, disable it.
