Banana pi autostart after power failure

2 1645
Hi, I made a nas out of banana pi, got 1 hdd attached to it.
I live in a remote area and my power goes out quite often in windy weather.
The problem I got is that the b-pi doesn't turn on by itself after a power outage...
I have to manually go unplug and re-plug the board.

I also have a rasp. pi, and it always starts automatically.
Is there anything I can do to fix this ? I don't want to buy a ups..

Thanks
Weird... autostart works fine to my with Raspbian, I never touched anything to make it work...

Not sure is OS related, but I got bananian. It's strange cause the board gets power, the hdd attached to it is spinning, but the board has no led on, and wont boot, only if I replug the adapter..
