Hey Guys!

a few days ago I looked up for the Vidon.me XBMC App for Android. The last time I was looking for the App, it only supports Allwinner A10.

But look at this!
http://de.vidon.me/support_vidon ... et_support/654.html

There's also a step-by-step guide, how to make it work on every a20 Android SDK.

Is somebody out there who wants to try that?
Because the Vidon.me Entertaiment-Box AV100 contains the same GPu as the Banana's and so, hopefully with the support of A20 processors, we have FULL HARDWARE ACCELERATION!

I was not able to set up the Android SDK Enviroment, but if there is somebody out there, who can give it a try: Please do it!

Link to .apk: http://forum.vidon.me/index.php? ... rum-users-unstable/
and a stable version: http://www.vidon.me/download/xbmc/VidonXBMC-13.2_V1.0.0.0.apk

I can't wait to see, if there ios finally h/w support for our Banana-Boards!

Best wishes

Can someone confirm this as a solution to get hw support on the Linux based roms?.

If it's true, it will certainly boost the value of banana pi! Can't wait to see what the developers will say to this.

If it's true, it ...

I'll write some messages to other devs.
I don't have the time now to create the Android dev-Enviroment.

And is it possible to backport to Linux itself ?

good question...
But I dont think so..

If someone will teach me, or even provide me with sources to teach myself.. I will gladly not sleep until OpenELEC works on the BPro.
