This is the Ubuntu Mate System which is based on the Ubuntu 15.04. The default username and passwd are
root/lemaker and lemaker/lemaker. For more information about the system, you can visit the website at http://ubuntu-mate.org/ , enjoy the OS.

About the resolution of the LCD and HDMI
This system for the Guitar support same display with different screen. The LCD is the default master display device, and the HDMI is the slave display device. You only view the resolution of the master display device in the system in general. you will view the LCD resolution with 1024*600 when you run the "xrandr" command.

About GPU Driver
The system has enabled GPU by default, and you can install the "glmark2-es2" tool to test the preformance of the GPU. If you want to enable the GPU on other system, please refer to the wiki at http://wiki.lemaker.org/LeMaker_Guitar:GPU_hardware_acceleration

Since the Roseapple Pi makers seem to suffer from the very same problem (the resolution defined in the board's device tree being the 'master resolution' of a connected HDMI screen, in your case it's 1024x600 due to 'mode@1024x600p60', they're using 1280×800) I really doubt, the S500 is ready for GUI stuff now.
Connecting a HDMI display with will be driven with 1920x1080 pixels which then displays upscaled 1024x600 or 1280x800 is far away from being useable, isn't it? What does Actions Semi recommends to resolve the situation?

But I have not found the driver rtc-ds1307.

Ok, I have compiled rtc-ds1307.ko using BSP (here is info http://wiki.lemaker.org/LeMaker_ ... _LeMaker_Guitar_BSP).
Copy rtc-ds1307.ko on lemaker guitar.

Connect DS3231 to lemaker guitar base board rev b plus.

do
insmod rtc-ds1307.ko
hwclock -r -f /dev/rtc1

and it is worked.
