Some information in the Wiki is newer than in this 'new' manual

Yes.
If you write a WIKI and a MANUAL = same information twice

Does it still need a manual if you have a good Wiki ?

Or, can you automatically generate the manual (each time someone clicks the link) from the Wiki = only write it once.

While I guess one (1) is the easier solution ;)
