Banana Pro. Cannot get SD card to boot any O/S. Have used 2 SD cards

I prepared the 8GB Kingston Micro SD card following instructions here:

http://www.lemaker.org/product-bananapro-guide.html

I have used both Mac and Windows 7.  I get the same result on all *.img files downloaded from Lemaker.
