Hikey is not working

Hi Guys,

I bought 2 hikey 1 GB boards from here. They are not getting any green light when I connected the power supply to them.

I thought something wrong with the boot loader and When I tried to flash the boot loader I am not  getting /dev/ttyUSBX also.

What happened to those?
