I want to use banana PI to make a smart notebook by adding some peripherals  urgently.
Impressive! Move forword!

I fancy wooden case we should make a wooden enclosure for BananaPi!

All of these projects are nice and cool, but 5k is a lot for a custom laptop considering store bought ones are 1/10th the cost.

Better of going the lapdock route.  The Motorola lapdocks cost around $50 on ebay and give you everything you need.  Granted you have a tiny board hanging from it, but it is a keyboard, screen, power and USB (and wifi ifyou plug a wifi USB in).  Works with Banana Pi.  I've tried

I added a Motorola Lapdock for Atrix to my Project and worked great!:

Now I tried to use the lapdock battery to power the whole system, and it worked as well:

The looks very old in fact an ancient one. Finding spare parts and replacing them is very hard. Even the troubleshooting is difficult for such a system. View Epson Error Code 0xf1 to know about printers and suggestion to use them.
