Do I infringe on the programming aspect?

0 23
Example of competitors product vs. ours.

The product has 5 lights in a glove.

Our competitors patent states independantly programable lights.

Our lights can only be programmed all at the same time with the same color patterns going to eatch light.
So ours are non independantly programable.

We can independantly control the lights though to add variance, for example, I send 5 color patterns to all the lights. The downside is all the lights are the same pattern, but we can add variance by changing a finger to the next color pattern.

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
