I use oryginal 5V/2A power source and it is stable.
How did you overlocked your banana pi? |

90% is the power adaptor with the cable problem. Get a good quality power adaptor and a good cable, you will be surprise cable affect the watts deliver too. |

The problem was because I connected power charger to usb otg 
It is strange that the usb otg input is near power and reset button.
Correct power input is near hdmi input on the left side of the board!
Everything is all right now. BananaPi is stable with torrent and external usb disk. |

I had some cases related to power source and USB cables as well. Actually I have many USB cables and 5V/2A adapters from different vendors and also different length. Good ones can boot Android successfully, bad ones can not. Worst one is unstable even boot up Raspbian. Lubuntu is in the middle of power consumption as my feeling. |
