Hi!
I'm trying to set up a splash screen for the whole boot process, but stuck at the first step. What I would like to have is a still image that is displayed during u-boot, kernel boot and X11 startup until my software is up, preferably with seamless transitions. As I understand, I have to tell the kernel to shut up with the quiet parameter, which I added to boot.cmd which I "compiled" to boot.scr, but the kernel still floods the screen with boot log.
Could someone please help, how to make the kernel shut up, and after that, how to add a splash screen to the system?
Thanks!
