DISABLE "USE PRINTER OFFLINE" WITH SETUP APP
By clicking the Start button, access the control panel section.
From there choose Hardware and Sound.
In the new window, click Devices and Printers.
You can right-click on your printer's name and select to see what is printing.
Click Printer in the upper left and make sure Use Offline Printer in the drop-down menu is unchecked. In this case, it is not checked. After making your changes, click Cancel All Documents and try reconnecting the printer.
