The Location is LXTerminal --> cd /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf.d --> sudo nano 20-lubuntu.conf and then add autologin-user=username at the end.

I built a NAS server with the Banana Pi so I need an unattended start-up.

I've set up a user account and added it to the sudoers and nopassword groups etc. and set up autologin. But the startup screen only displays the login window with the username and an empty password field. I still have to press ENTER or click Login or nothing else will happen. I've set up HDD-power saving but the disk won't spin down if idle, only when I'm logged in.

How do I get unattended autologin?
