I got a Raspberry Pi a month ago, and have successfully made a stand-alone arcade console, with the Raspberry Pi on the inside of the console, leaving only the HDMI cable and power cord for the Raspberry pi sticking out of the unit. |
I wanted to get the faster banana pi set up in a similar way, but have had trouble so far. It looks like Raspian for banana Pi doesn't allow MAME4ALL to work, and Lubuntu doesn't allow the install of the LINUX port of MAME.
Does anyone have any idea for a non-linus expert? Do I need to modify some Lubuntu config files?
Also -- for optimal video/audio performance at 1080p, what do I need to do? I want to play videos over the web at full speed, but so far, it's sort of choppy.
